tooth pain

ok folks - I went to the dentist last week and her poking about has set my teeth off big time - I actually think I may have an infection now as the pain is all in my jaw, teeth, ear and down my neck -gland is up.......... I have taken all the pain meds I can - so any ideas???? I have frozen peas on it right now

Oh dear. Sounds like you should be going back to the dentist rather than the docs.

For me, I have to say, that sort of pain doesn't respond to anything. Sorry I can't be of any help. Really hope it's something simple.

As an alternative to frozen peas, may I suggest gel pads. They are usually filled with a silicn gel and seem to stay cooler for longer without the need for freezing. I keep a few in the fridge for such an occasion. and while not as cold initially as something from the freezer, they are still cold by the time peas have thawed. I find that the intense cold from ice/frozen peas too much to handle.

The pads I use were obtained from a sporting store. Their purpose is to keep food cold on picnics/hunting trips etc.
