Pain and more pain

I swear it amazes me the level of pain I've learned to function with. But it is so friggin' wearing. It feels like half my face should be sliding off my skull. Now that I'm home from work I can't even rest. There's nothing to be done about it so I don't even know why I'm posting. I'm just so tired.

hunny - you have had a rough journey , so its bound to get to you once in a while..........

I wish I had a magic wand.......... do try and rest - the stress of worry will not help- does a warm bath and mediation help at all.

thank you. I poured myself a little vodka and took a hot bath last night. I was able to sleep.
