Volunteers wanted - For coursework in sixth form - few questions re HM
I have been contacted by Katie Palmer who is doing a sixth form project on a medical condition and she has chose HM
All she needs is a few questions answered: You can either post them here or email her on katiepalmer18@hotmail.co.uk
HM Questionnaire:
- Are you Male or Female?
- How old were you when you were diagnosed or had your first attack?
- How long did it take to get diagnosed? (Did they find it hard to diagnose?)
- Do you have FHM or SHM?
- Have you had any tests done for your HM, if so what?
- What symptoms do you experience?
- What medications are you on, or have been on?
- What side effects have you experience from this medication?
- Do you have any other conditions linked to HM?
Thank you for helping
