Quinoa is a proven aid for migraine sufferers

what a result - it tastes lovely too!!!
Used to share a flat with a vegan girl and we use to eat lots of Quinoa yum
(this was before my migraines flared up again so have no experience of whether it helps or not. Makes sense as migraine sufferers are often encouraged to take vitamin B complex and magnesium (both of which I use to take but kinda forgot about again *oops* - back on it again!) xx

I have also a mere three days ago started taking FeverFew - capsules at first until the 15 plants my lovely man bought for me are ready for me to pick at them!
