Starting a new supplements combo in the new year............ Empty Starting a new supplements combo in the new year............

I had a long chat with my consultant this week and we are going to let the Botox run for another few weeks to see what happens - then he is going to give me time to try an alternative supplements package:

We have agreed on:

B2 Riboflanin 400g
Q10 300g
Butterbur (Petadolex) 75g

and of course the magnesium and zinc I already take - with an option to add in Feverfew, if I wish although he was not as convinced at this one.

Has anyone else taken this combo and if so which brands and how did you get on?

I've not tried this exact combo, or maybe I have? But I've taken them all separately. The Q10s are really expensive. These are the brands I've taken or take currently:

http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Way-Vitamin-B2-100-mg-100-Capsules/1825?at=0 (which, as you can see, I get from the US - really low shipping, but don't go over the customs threshold).

http://www.nutricentre.com/p-44096-bio-active-q10-100mg-ubiquinol.aspx (which they also do a 200 mg version of - I used to take 200 mg only - I could never justify taking 300 mg - just too expensive!!)

Will update on my latest supplement 'experiments' soon.
