Had quite a busy morning,
took step daughter(whose moved in for a few days, mummy problems) to Drs, thank goodness its only 6 doors up!! Tonsilitis, bless her.
Did a load of cooking ....and then felt head start to bang..... knew it would as I was seeing sparkles as I was cooking.
so I decided to pop a pill and sit down in the hope of averting a full blown bout.
The dogs brush was in front of me so was my my 3yr old GSD so off I went and have been brushing her for ages ....nice and slowly ..... just brushing her, and im sure its helped loads as I feel so much better now. Sparkles are still here but pains got better but put dark glasses on.
I wonder if anyone else has dogs/cats and finds spending time with them helps when your ill. Mine curl up with me when i'm really bad in bed and stay with me till I come round, bless them.
