3 days without pain or auara woooooooooohoooooooooo

Good morning all

Just been asked 3 times in a row for my story of how I got to 3 days no aura no pain....... - so here goes - this is my stroy........ which is long.......... so forgive me but I will just post a few links as it all here on the web in other places............

But I have had migraine from birth.......... and have 3 types, Classical, Acephalgic and Hemplegic - and went chronic 6 yrs ago - its been a long hard journey.... but today I am happy to report....

......That when you get a 'migraine management plan' working its heaven...........

My Plan....

Botox (31 injections every 3 mths - at £500 a pop not cheap - but worth it)
Magnesium - (Good quality one - Higher Nature True Foods are fav)
Zinc
Regular sleep (Not too much and not too little)
Regular food (every 4 hrs and no high sugar stuff)
More water (loads of this stuff)
Change of pillow (Medi flow water pillow - only pillow to move with you)
Gluten free (Not as hard as it sounds)
Removed all chemicals from house (Tough to do but done it)
Trigger avoidance (ie not going out in this wind and all shopping now done on line)
and lots and lots of meditation, Beukyo breating and relaxation .....(I cannot underestimate the power and relief you can get from switching the brain off)

... have lead to 3 days in a row with NO aura or pain - That is the 72 hours none stop the FIRST time that has happened in 6 years............. (doing little dance)
