I know we are all different and medication / treatments / supplements etc all work differently on each person, but I thought it would be interesting to see, statistically if anything stood out in the way of helping....
I will set a series polls - as we are limited in the list length - so if you have had anything which is not on the list and you feel it has helped you significantly - do add it as a post.....

I need to put a bit of a disclaimer on mine! I've selected calcium as something that has helped me, but not magnesium. However, it is actually the calcium/magnesium balance and getting it right that helps me. I take a ratio of approx 3:1 magnesium to calcium. I stepped up the calcium recently, to see what would happen, and I have had a massive set back with my head and jaw.
