Does your face flush red with migraine?

It seems that when I get a migraine, the skin on my face flushses and turns red. I think it is part of the disease but I have not read of that symptom before. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm wondering because if it is a part of migraine, then no worries. But if it isn't, then I may mention it to my dematologist next time I see her.

I've not noticed anything. In fact, I think I look the same when I have a migraine (which I always find incredible, given the pain I'm in).

If it's a migraine with moderate to no pain (the most common for me), then there is no colour change. If it's a migraine with a lot of pain then I "look like Death warmed up" according to family and friends. In other words I become very, very pale - even my lips are the same shade as the rest of my skin.

Wow. That is quite a color change.
