Coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol
I just wondered if anyone had ever tried this. I've taken basic coenzme Q10 in the past, in the form of.... whatever it usually is! (I've forgotten) But apparently it is poorly absorbed, especially when you are getting on a bit.
The best form is apparently Ubiquinol. But what has always put me off trying this is that it is derived from red yeast rice, and I'm quite sensitive to yeasts with my migraines.
I've just ordered a low dose one out of desperation to try though! I just wondered if anyone had tried it.
