well if you gave me a glass of milk I could make butter - I am shaking so much....... love med withdrawal lol

BUT I met a a fellow migrainer on facebook this morning, and had a lovely chat. She will be joining us shortly Smile

Hi Tee,

If you are struggling with med withdrawal it may be worth reducing the dose at a slower rate to enable your body to adjust more gradually.

Yep - think your right Kala - I will stay on 2 for a few more days - I do not want to go back up again, since I think I am over the worse of the withdrawal symptoms - but I have had to go back to bed today for most of the afternoon.

Hi Tee, I had to withdraw from Ambien. I did it with the help of my Neurologist. When I tried by myself, I had the creepy crawlees and all that. It was horrible. she gave me a non-addictive med to help with the withdrawal symptoms. It worked like a charm. I hope you're feeling better today.
