Do you work in IT?
I am thinking about my triggers and wondering when it all started getting worse and that was when I was at uni doing my Computing degree and then it got even worse than that when I started working. I don't like working in an office and I am trying to change career to something that doesn't involve sitting at a screen all day. Has anyone had any experience of work being their trigger? I'm thinking it could be the hours spent staring at the screen but I can't tell because I also have MOH and chronic migraine. All I can think of is to go back to where all my troubles started.
Anyone have similar experiences?

Re: Do you work in IT?
Many people find that screens are a big trigger and limit their time. I used to do a lot of PC based work which always made it worse. If it's not the screen it's the posture and RSI in your neck and shoulders etc.
Hope you find a solution soon. Turn the screen as low as you can and take regular breaks as often as poss.
Take care
