Lumosity - cognitive exercises on line
When I had my minor stroke I was given Brain Trainer on the DS and this helped me get my thinking back - I have just found this on line version and thought some of you may find it useful - plus it has a free trial
Your brain creates new neurons and neural connections throughout your entire life! Physical and cognitive exercise can stimulate this process, increasing the number of neurons and connections.

Oh this sounds interesting. Will take a look tomorrow
Funny you should say this, as I've had a bad day with my head, but have been doing Sudoku puzzles all day. Most of them took me at least 2 tries to complete, as I'm so thick today. It's scary how much it affects our brain function, isn't it?
