Hi, just joined this forum.

In the past few days I have purchased a herbal remedy from the US called migrelief, it is pil containing Magnesium, Vitamin B2, and feverfew. It was mentioned in a book I bought about dealing with migraines. Wondering if anyone alse is using it?

Hi

No not tried that one - do let us know how you get on - but I am on magnesium spray, B2 and B12, Cod liver oil and Omega 3. Phew I remembered lol

I have very bad aura and was told these may help strength the nerves. hmmmmm jury is still out .....

I've heard of that one. I've not taken it though, as I don't get on with feverfew. I do take magnesium though, and I've taken high dose B2 before.
