The article summarizes the current available known information: Firstly, these are both very common entities in the United States. Second, there have been a quite a few studies in the past examining this relationship showing some interesting results.

Besides people reporting more migraine in those that have allergic rhinitis, health care costs for migraine increase during allergy seasons. Also, interestingly, migraine attacks improved with removal of common food allergens in susceptible patients. And even allergy injections reduced migraine frequency in patients that have both ailments.
