Explains why junior doctors give me paracetamol when I turn up at A&E, even though my care plan states intravenous morphine!

There is so much to learn as an undergraduate that basics are only ever covered. Also, due to the 'mystery' of migraines it's not a popular subject to learn about

Doesn't help those suffering though!
