This is not really an alternative treatment but - I find that drinking a Coke can offer a measure of temporary relief from a migraine. Has anyone else noticed this? I don't think it is the caffeine alone because I don't get the same relief from a cup of black coffee. I'm guessing it is the sugar. However, drinking that much sugar is not good for my waistline.

And speaking of things that are not good for the waistline - to those who are celebrating Thanksgiving - Have a wonderful holiday! I hope it is migraine free!

hmmm interesting - its a simple one to try - I never touch the stuff - just do not like the taste - but its worth a go.
