Hi all

Had to go to hospital this morning for my annual Diabetes Eye photo check, eyes back to normal now so can read....lol
Had a thumping headache after though, but had a couple of co-codamol tablets after and alright now, apart from that a pretty good day.

I can always tell when I have a bad migraine coming on as my ears start to scream and the tv goes blurry, then as I say pop a Ritz waffer under the tongue and see how it goes, usually I go into the bedroom and draw the blackout curtains and wait.

I too had to hit the co-codomal this morning - first thing - in fact I never got up until 4! I knew today was going to be bad, since I did so much yesterday.

But I have had something to eat and things have settled down - just damn numb.
