My worst fear came true when my son aged 5 - said "mummy I can see dots" He then threw up a few hours later Crying or Very sad

It's sad to know that I have passed on this condition - I just hope that his will be low key and he will grow out of it as many men do.

I did however, start at basics, and kept a migraine diary / food diary and got a result within a few weeks - The culprit was hot dogs!!

How is your son doing Tee, have you been able to totally eradicate his migraines by cutting out the hotdogs from his diet? Just wondering as MSG can be a major trigger and is found in hotdogs!

Yes hotdogs are defo a trigger - think its the nitrates in them.

He has had 3 more since we cut out the hotdogs and I am still trying to work out what triggered them.......but on the whole we have them under control by watching his diet Smile
