Finally not ruling my life :)
hey guys
im rachael and im 16. i have had chronic migraines since i was 14 so its coming up for 3 years now. it used to be hell but i'm finally managing it...just. i have been through what feels like every doctor in north yorkshire now until i found someone who took me seriously. it has been a hard battle sitting my final GCSE exams with migraines...going home and just crashing instead of revising. school was hard as well with everyone telling me to stop faking it all and grow up. i still get it now. its nice to finally find people who know what its like to be in this situation. we may all be different but its nice to finally find some people who i can help and be helped by. its been hard trying to get my parents to believe me about it. however, it has finally happened and im glad i have support from them and my fiance.
so yeah. this is me. feel free to message me if i can help with anything.
peace and love

Hi and welcome.
I can totally empathise with you, as I did my GCSEs with migraines years ago. Hopefully you won't be like me and still have the migraines years later! Sounds like you're feeling positive though, which is great.
