I have not had too bad a day today - slept late and then managed to do some house work - OK numb now but the girls rooms are clean

However tonight, I have had to sit and watch my baby boy go through a abdominal migraine with aura Must have been something at the BBQ yesterday, but cannot think what - he has not had one since he was 6, Then I did a food diary and found hot dogs as the reason - all I can assume is that the sauasges he eat yesterday did not have loads of meat in them. (It was somene elses BBQ I buy the better ones normally) Poor baby was in so much pain - I do hope that he grows out of them ....

Yeah me too poor lad. People think you are paranoid when you have worries over food but anyone who has issues with their health who knows food is a trigger to their illness (whatever it maybe) understands about being mindful of these things.

May have just been rotten luck and not the food but you can't legislate for eveything Tracey..hope he perks up tomorrow.
