If I am honest songs of pain and sickness did not come to mind at first – but songs which embraces the love and support I get from my virtual migraine family…… in the early days without the support of these people on the fourm and facebook groups – I would have gone under time and time again….

Close family and friends are a must and their support can not be underestimated and I cannot thank my husband enough (he even won carer of the year in 2011) – BUT even with the best will in the world illness fatigue sets in after a few years of this day in day out and the stress (and boredom lol) begins to show on them too…. so having a support network that TOTALLY understands is a life saver…. and I thank you all xx
