22nd October - been quite a few weeks
Well I finally feel like I am back in the land of the living - been a crap few weeks. (seems to have hit a lot of people the last 3 weeks- wonder why)
Had the stress of finding a new school for my son - grrrrr it was total hell - 4 schools - one each night - loads of people, heat, information thrown at you, thinking and those damn lights - so yes I ended up with a nice 10.
Than had an insurance nurse visit to do my 6 mth claim assessment - and more stress - scale 10 again.
Then I just went out to dinner and bang a 10 again - 3 in 2 weeks
I have therefore made a huge effort this week and it has paid off - this all goes to prove what you do has an effect on these. I have done no thinking, eaten well, drunk loads, upped my supplements, meditated and even had a day at the spa - indian head massage, reflexology, light swim, facial etc etc - bliss - I have managed to totally switch off...
And today I have woke at a nice level 2
Oh and a journalist I have been working with has left a message to say a national paper is going to run with the HM story for its health pages - want to come photos So I do hope we will get some awareness of how bad migraines can get out of this - it all helps.
Hope you are all having a pain free time

Well thank goodness you are on the Botox. Could it have been worse?

Oh yes it could have - I have managed to get back to a nice 2 within 5 days which is amazing - but now I know what to do

Really hope you're on the up now.
It is odd, isn't it, that so many of us have been suffering? I've had an absolutely horrible few weeks too. In fact, this has been the first Saturday in 6 weeks that I've been out of the house (I swear a trip to the corner shop would be exciting at the moment!), plus I hadn't been out of the house whatsoever for a good 8 days or so! I actually felt like I'd been let out of prison today!
