The future looking bright maybe?
I will try and keep this as short and as basic as possible....
I am a daily computor user, often for long periods.
And i've just found out that ive been using my computor with the screen brigthtness on full !!!!
To amend this I went to my 'Control Panel' tab and clicked on it and then I am able to do a search for 'Brightness' in there and this helps me find 'Windows Mobility Centre - Adjust Screen Brightness' when finding this I clicked on it and then turned down my computor screen brightness to a low 28.
I found that you can do this to make it perminant so that you do not have to turn the brightness down every time you go on your computor.
My migraine or regular average headaches in between have suddenly slowed right down over the last two days of making this change and have just about faded away. The 2nd day in and my energy is also seemingly returning as I usually feel constantly lethargic which could be due to regular migraines and general headaches inbetween.
Anyway, this may just be a good patch I am going through for other reasons, but if the reason is lowering the brightgness on my computor sceen, then the good patch should extend for a very long while... Is the future looking bright maybe? sort of
I will keep my fingers crossed and keep you informed
