18th June 2011
Hi all
Well it has poured down here all day - flood type rain :0
But I have found it quite nice as the air pressure has been nice and level and overcast is always nice on the eyes But cannot believe it is June lol
I have had a really good day - scale 1 pain and only a 3 aura - so things have certainly calmed down I even managed to make a pavalova with the twins - you can imagine the mess lol
Hope everyone is having a pain free day

Hi Tee, so glad to hear you are having a good day!
It sunny / rainy/ sunny /rainy/sunny/rainy here. I am hoping for better weather tomorrow as we are out for the day at a fun park with the kids. I am also hoping to be fairly aura free so I can manage all the walking!!!
Pavalova? you can make that? I'm really good at buying it and eating it, not so sure about making it! xx

Yeahhhhhhh!!!!!!
I managed a bike ride today, mowed the lawn ( a non electric push one..as I have cut through too many cables) then cooked some 'real' food and shopped...was dragging my leg by 4 pm but at least I felt I had done something useful.
Glad you made it out Sarah..nice one.
