OMG what have I done................... I have just realised I have invited 33 kids to the twins birthday party in 2 weeks time - I have totally lost the plot - I will be drug free!!!!!! Went to another party today with only 12 kids and it was a nightmare.............. gonna need the triptans me thinks.....

All I can say is 'YOU MUPPET!'

I did 1 and a half hours at the wacky warehouse..believe me he only wacky thing afterwards was me and I didn't have to organise anything..just turn up with the boys...

I don't suppose it would be an appropriate venue to use the expletive therapy approach? Does internal swearing help ???

Yep - I am a total MUPPET! - I have plan though................... I am going to take a triptan before it starts and go to the toilets and explete like mad............ if that fail Tom is gonna have to take over and all hell will break loose.................. when you have parties do you have to hand the kids back in one piece ????

I think as long as there are no broken bones pretty much anything goes...I am always astounded at the amount of parents who just dump their kids and leave.

Can you rope a few of the other parents in for support or would it just make more work?

My 2 are gagging for a party this year and I am still in denial about it..I have till July to think of a get out clause...last years stay in high dependancy got me out of it quite nicely but I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Well done..I know it's not easy to ask for help but I am sure someone as nice as you, who has probably done loads for other mums can call in a few favours on this occasion.

You may even enjoy yourself a tidgy bit now...I wouldn't but I am unsociable even without a migraine and have never been a party person.
