National Migraine Awareness Month in the USA – Blogging Challenge

June is designated as National Migraine Awareness Month in the USA - whilst the UK awareness week will run from 2nd – 8th of September this year – this is a global problem – we all suffer together…

The USA theme for this year is “help make migraines visible!”

One way you can help is by taking part in the bloggers challenge set up by www.FightingHeadacheDisorders.com. who have set up a list of topics for each day of the month for all to blog on. If you are not a blogger you can still take part – by reading, liking and sharing the various blogs which will appear over the month.
