Pushed it too far....
I am just coming round from Saturday........ the twins had a 6th Birthday party and I pushed it........... Thursday I was on a wobble, so tried to relax on Friday - but had all the food to do - which I did very very slowly - took all day... but I thought I was calm........ woke Saturday with one at scale 6 and numbness in left side... brain fog desending,,,,,,, took a tripan, then some codine........... got there and some how managed to sort the games.........my mum took over the food bit........ too another triptan half way through and more codeine when I got home.... bed by 4pm and lost the rest of the day and the whole of Sunday........... I feel run over now and left cheek is still very very numb ............... I having a plan to mange these is all well and good - but it would have been so nice to have something as a back up - just to get us through those times when you need to push it........... But I feel like I have gone backwards and this may take a while to get the feeling back in my cheek

Very sorry to hear this. What crappy timing. Hope you get to flake out and recover now.

It would be nice if sympathy could effect a cure, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work.
However you really do have my sympathy. I wish you a speedy recovery.

That's too bad, Tee.
I find this to be the most frustrating part of migraines - not being able to do what I want like a "normal" person!
Hope you feel better soon!
