Re: Sitting in the car !!
I can identify with the having to have the seat bolt upright. My husband looks at me funny when I do it but otherwise the headrest of something really presses on something that sends me either into a migraine or a back ache. And while the sunny days and long tree shadows are pretty they can be deadly. For me, anything that strobes, has a strong rhythm will do it. I was in a big warehouse store today and was picking up a few things. In one area of the store I had to leave because the cooling system had a wha wha wha wha sounds that was reeling me in. I could just feel it. I started humming to myself to disrupt the pattern.
