The trouble with some ailments is that you suffer but no one is impressed. There should be a society to protect the interests of those so afflicted considering their numbers are legion.
Take those with migraine. Half the time people think they are goofing off or just seeking sympathy because if you are not among the afflicted it is impossible to appreciate the agony of such an attack. Yet someone says he can’t make it to the meeting because of a migraine and everyone goes uh oh, he’s backing out on the deal
