Electrical pylons and phone masks Empty Electrical pylons and phone masks

Just had an interesting conversation re the above - in fact its twice this week it has come up. So I wondered how many of us can feel when we are close to either a pylon or a phone mask?

My husband thought I was mad when I told him I could 'feel' them - but then he worked for a hight safety company and the engineers could only go up them for short spaces of time, because of the effects....

I don't live near any and wouldn't either. I don't know about telephone masts but I can feel the pylons. I know everyone can hear them but I can feel them humming in my head from a way off...it's like your head is a tuning fork.

OMG that sounds mad...I am not aware it has made my pain worse when I am near them but it's not a pleasant sensation.

Hi Jane
Your not mad I am the same I can feel them before I hear them in our local woods where we walk the dogs, the same with me, my head throbs in tune with them, I try to avoid walking that way late afternoon as they buzz more then! Maybe we should wear tin foil hats hehe!!

Yes SHeena just what I need a tin hat...perhaps if it covered my wonky face it would improve matters a huge amount..I am sat here laughing at the thought of it.

Seriously though I am glad it is not just me who feels like that Shocked
