((((((((((((BIG BIG BIG HUG)))))))))))))))))))

We all have had days like this - I wish I had a magic wand and could make it better Sad

You are on a journey with this and it will take time to come to terms with it - please do not bottle it up - please talk to someone

I can assure you (even if its does not seem like it now) things will get better - you will learn that you can manage this and it does not have to take over your life - easy for me to say I know - but give it time.

If you need to talk email me.

I agree with T ..give yourself time..it's a bit like grieving at first.

There's a huge adjustment process and if you'd asked me if I would be able to adjust 4 years ago I would have said 'no'. I have a better life now even if the condition for me is the same.

That said very few of us are untreatable and you are at the beginning of the journey to recovery. It's really hard for you right now but you have friends here and we will listen and support you.
Big Hugs
