I refuse to allow choocie to be a trigger..call it denial but I am with Michel Roux Jr on this one

'a day without chocolate isn't a day worth living'..

if I have a a mig everyday anyway no matter what I do then hey ho chocolate here I come..

Triggers..la la la..num, num, num...

Happy Easter!

I once decided that (years ago) - my head was hurting anyway, so I had a Cadbury's creme egg. Half an hour later my head was way worse. Grr...

I haven't eaten cheese since my teens either - that one used to hit me the following morning. I remember once eating a cheesy jacket potato and saying 'mmmm... even if I get a migraine it'll be worth it'. Ohhhh it so wasn't!!

I have to make do with Caramacs and carob bars! A poor substitute but better than nowt. Smile

Hi Sarah My Hubby gets "Normal Migraines" he can eat vegggi cheese as its the animal rennit that kicks off the migraine try looking for the V sign its on most cheeses now and all the red iceland pizzas are veggi he can eat them!! Its the same for my stepson as well. both of them get hit within hours of eating REAL cheese and Pauls can last for 2 days. Mybe worth ago if you love cheese as much as my lot do.

Oh really?? I'd be so scared to try it, after years off the yellow stuff!! I thought it was the tyramine build up that caused the migs.

Will definitely look into this, thanks! Smile
